Gut-health dietitian for women · APD

Your plate should work with your body, not against everything you're trying to enjoy.

Thoughtful nutrition care for women who want relief, confidence, and a calmer, happier gut.

You've tried the elimination diets. You've read every label and second-guessed every meal. Now the question isn't where to start — it's how to eat with ease again, calmly and without dread.

I became a dietitian because I saw something missing in the way women are told to manage their gut: real, lasting care.

How this work became my work

For years I watched capable women carry far more worry than they needed to — cutting out food after food, still bloated, still unsure, still afraid of the next meal.

Gut health shouldn't mean living on a shrinking list of "safe" foods. My work is about giving you a clear, evidence-based plan and the confidence to trust your own gut again.

I believe good gut care is gentle. It doesn't rush or restrict — it creates room for your body to settle naturally.

My care is guided by a few simple principles. They shape every plan, every conversation and every reintroduction.

  • Nourishment matters more than restriction
  • Cutting out foods without a plan only keeps the fear
  • Relief comes from understanding

For women who are ready to reintroduce, not restrict…

The women I work with are thoughtful and capable, and deeply tired of guessing. They want a calm, structured way back to eating with ease.

Newly diagnosed women

Women navigating a new IBS diagnosis, bloating or food sensitivities who want to simplify the foods they love.

Tried-everything women

Women who've cut out foods and tried supplement after supplement, and want a clear direction that actually supports lasting relief.

Long-term IBS sufferers

Women reintroducing foods, easing daily symptoms, or building a way of eating that doesn't rely on constant restriction or fear.

Busy working women

Women juggling work, family and a social life who want a gut-health plan that fits real life and still lets them enjoy food.

Giving women lasting relief at difficult moments

Breaking a long-standing cycle of bloating

From daily bloating and food fear to eating out again without dread or discomfort.

We stepped back, rebuilt her plan around real evidence, and reintroduced the foods she'd been avoiding — until food felt safe, and settled, instead of frightening.

What becomes possible when relief replaces restriction

There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from a gut that feels calm one day, unpredictable the next.

On the outside, things look fine. You're coping. You're capable. But internally you're guessing your way through the day — carefully, quietly, and often alone.

Together we slow things down just enough to understand your gut, separate the signal from the noise, and rebuild confidence around food. The work becomes calmer, more considered, and self-trusting.

How I approach gut care…

I don't believe in rushing people toward answers or forcing clarity before it's ready. The work is more considered. When someone comes to me, they're usually worn down by years of symptoms — so we move gently, rebuild trust in their gut, and reintroduce food step by step.

This care is for those who are ready to stop guessing at every meal and finally begin eating with real confidence.

Eat with ease again.
